All pujas booked on Puja Sewa are confirmed with temple authorities and purohits in advance. As such, once booked, puja services are non-refundable and non-cancellable. We humbly request you to confirm details carefully before booking.
In the rare case that a puja cannot be performed due to temple restrictions or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer refund for them.
For prasad and products, if anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement wherever possible. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
